Basic Shipping Tips and our Lead Times:
Our Standard Shipping times are from 1-5 day shipping depending on where you are located in the United States and what shipping option you choose.
Our standard lead times are 1-3 business days depending on the availability of the products that are being ordered. We do have an accurate inventory system, but in some cases there are errors in the system that will allow you to purchase a product that is physically out of stock on our shelves. If that happens and we are unable to fulfill the order in a 3 business day time-frame then we will call or email you to determine if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait.
First Class Mail is the slowest shipping option available on our website at the moment. If you choose First Class Mail this will take 1-5 days to be "Shipped" from the point it leaves our location and gets to your location.
All other forms of USPS Shipping - Priority Mail - Priority Mail Express are from 1-3 days shipping within the United States depending on where you are located.
ALL SALES FINAL
Defective or DOA products with proof of purchase may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days we are happy to help you with contacting the manufacturer to inquire about warranty status. We are not the holder of manufacturer warranties, each manufacturer has a designated process to receive a warranty exchange and the criteria you must meet to get an exchange. We will put you in contact with the proper manufacturer for any defective or DOA products purchased on our website with proof it was purchased on our site and if it is beyond 30 days of your purchase date.
We will not provide ANY returns or exchanges on damaged product (no matter how minor), product purchased over 30 days beyond the original purchase date or if our customer service rep does not see fit to refund or exchange the purchase at their own discretion.
